- Is this a clinical assessment?
- No. MyTraits is a self-discovery and reflection tool, not a substitute for professional mental-health care. Every result page carries a clear disclaimer.
- Can I take a quiz with my partner?
- Yes — relationship quizzes (Gottman-style check-ins, attachment, love languages) support a real-time two-person mode on the Pro plan, where each person sees the other’s answers as they go.
- What happens to my data if I delete my account?
- All your personal data — profile, quiz responses, results — is removed within 30 days. You can export everything as JSON before you delete, and we never sell your data.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Free users can take each quiz once per month and keep results for 12 months. Pro removes ads, unlocks unlimited attempts and deeper insights, and enables partner sharing.
- What languages does MyTraits support?
- MyTraits localises both the interface and quiz content into many languages, with English as the source. Coverage expands as translations are reviewed.
